Dota 2 Rubick with Cosmetics

This is a model of Rubick from Dota 2, that has my friend's request of cosmetic items. I'm trying very hard to print with a dual extrusion printer, and automatically seperate out the mesh based on the color of the textures. So far, only Photoshop has been able to do this, and its dual extrusion printing seems to be broken. If anyone has any other ideas, I'd love to hear them!
