SummaryMicro Altoid Tin version also available! There's a couple of young quarter-Jews in my family who enjoy the ceremony of lighting the candles but are too little to participate themselves so I thought I'd make a small, chunky menorah with pretend candles that they could handle easily and safely celebrate with! There are two versions of the menorah, one with a Star of David and one without. I couldn't decide which one I liked better so I uploaded both. There are three candle variations and three flame variations so after the eight nights it won't look completely dull and cookie cutter. Both the candles and flames are sized to slide into their receptacles easily but snugly. The ends are tapered to help this, but depending on your printer settings you may need to file down the ends just a little to make them easier to insert. I printed the candles with brims, but I'd highly suggest using brims or rafts with the flames. Besides the flames possibly being a little precarious, it should be an easy print without any supports needed. Happy Hanukkah! Print SettingsPrinter:Creality Ender 3Rafts:NoSupports:NoResolution:0.15 mmInfill:10%Filament brand:AIO Robotics and CC3DFilament material:PLANotes:The menorah was made from CC3D's amazing silk copper filament, the shine it has is tremendous. Highly recommended. All the candles and flames were made with AIO Robotics filament, another brand very highly recommended, great selection of colors and always has printed very easily for me.Post-PrintingNot much post processing, only a little sanding on the bottom of the candles and flames where the first layer may have been a little too fat.AttributionThis description is from JRSly's post on Thingiverse.Check out their original post here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3240483/filesOr take a look at their other designs here: https://www.thingiverse.com/jrsly/designs
