Sanding Grid

This is a custom piece I created for my engineering lab. I have a large dust collection system leftover from when the room was a woodshop. There's a 5" line going to the table saw that I disconnect and plug this thing into when doing heavy sanding or using a dremel that would kick up a lot of dust. The holes are 1/4" (6mm) so you avoid getting small pieces sucked up. The end that fits into the 5" line is friction fit. This is a large print that I did on a makerbot Z18.
