Design ConceptThe goal is to transform a traditional wall hook into a stylish, foldable, and space-saving solution. The foldable design allows the hook to be hidden when not in use, ideal for small spaces or minimalist decor. Using Fusion 360, we’ll model two parts: the Wall Attachment, which fixes to the wall, and the Hook, which folds to function as a hook. This remake enhances both functionality and aesthetic appeal.Print SettingsLayer Height: 0.2 mm (0.1 mm recommended for finer details)Infill Density: 20% (higher is better)Print Speed: 50 mm/sPrinting Temperature: 230°CFilament: PLA+ (any color of your choice)Supports: NoAssemblyInsert the Rod: Cut a 4mm steel rod to 35mm length and insert it through the aligned holes.Insert Transparent Rings: Cut 2.5mm length pieces from a 4mm ID transparent pipe and insert them inside the rod before attaching the hook part. Attach the Hook Part: Align and attach the hook part with the wall attachment part, ensuring the transparent rings are in place.Glue the Rod: Apply super glue to both ends of the rod to secure it, ensuring the hook can still fold.Complete the Assembly: Verify all parts fit perfectly, and the hook moves smoothly without obstruction.Attach to Wall: Use double-sided tape or drill a hole to mount the hook on the desired wall location.
