Those little things are some parts for a model of a bridge, I designed. The parts you see here are only the pylon and some frames to hold up the bridge.
"Printed" them at FabLab Aachen (URL: http://fablab.rwth-aachen.de)
All other parts were handmade out of cardboard. More pics, when it's done...
