Fabric holder ring

Have you ever thought that you can print on fabric? Yes? So did I. No more disconnected parts and ironing.
The main problem is "how to fasten it on the table?" Glue or pins doesn't give any satisfying results. So I thought there's need a frame.

Unfortunately, plastic can't hold enought tought on it for washing.
