Scotch tape holder/dispenser

A dispenser for Scotch Magic Tape jumbo rolls. None of the models I found were big enough (but I didn't look very hard).

Retention cap is held on with an internal thread in the spool cylinder.

Update: v2 has an improved cutter geometry, with more lip to hold onto the tape and a slight relative upward angle.
