Tricky chair

I'm new to 3D Printing
I've tried to print this chair several times in both ABS and PLA and no good results so far, the problems keep appearing when printing the legs, regardless the layer height (0.15, 0.1, 0.05 and 0.02 mm).
If someone manages to get this print right please share the full settings. Thanks
