This is my take on 3d printed solderless 18650 power bank / case. Conductors are made from metal strip (~9mm x 150mm) with snapped on Keystone 209 contacts. Batteries are connected in parallel. This is 6P version. You can stack as many as you need to get 2S, 3S - xxxS, OR parallel these to get 12P. Install next one rotated 180 degrees in relation to bottom one.
WARNING!!!
Safety first! Make sure that you use right materials, wires, batteries polarity is right, etc.
You making it on your own risk.
I deny any responsibility for any damage possible.
This is first prototype version. Work still in progress so changes may be made.
BOM:
1. You need at least one 3d printed case. There are 2 different versions. One with holes to mount on something (like aluminum extrussion), one with "better" ventilation holes
2. 16 x Keystone 209 battery contacts per case (Mouser.com has best prices I was able to find)
3. 2 x 8-10mm x 145-150mm metal strips per case
4. 4 x M3 10mm bolts p
