6X9 Speaker Spacer

I recently tried to install new 6x9" speakers in a new vehicle that took 6x9's....I'm finding out
some 6x9's are actually a little larger than the standard 6x9's. They were close to fitting, but not quite.
I scanned the speaker cutout template, then imported that into Sketchup. Traced the size the speaker and screw holes, then drew around it for a frame. It's not perfect, but inside your car door, you won't be able to see it from the road anyways.
The 10mm spacer on mine was enough to keep the sides of the speaker bracket out of the cutout in the door to be able to secure the speaker flat using all 4 screws.

I split it in half so you'd need two for each speaker. Kind of awkward when installing speaker, but I found it easy installing one end at a time and it was easy.

There are 3 thicknesses. 5, 10 and 20mm thick. (and a 1.5mm for a quick test print to see if it fits your speaker)
