7 Bryant Park

The 28-story 7 Bryant Park is a 474,000 square foot commercial office building overlooking Bryant Park at Sixth Avenue between 39th and 40th streets. The monumental first floor lobby features stone floors and walls with a 20-foot coffered ceilings as well as space programmed for retail stores and the building's loading dock. Upper floors house high-end office space packaged in a unique curtainwall system.The project included establishing direct subway access to the Sixth Avenue line at the southeast corner of the building.
