Here's my 3D modeled Captain America shield. It's scaled to 10" diameter. You will want to print the front and back pieces with the detail facing upwards using support. Then, simply glue them together. I have a full build video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Y1-XRP9m8E
