Hinge for 20mm T-Slot Extrusions

This is a work in progress, but it's tested pretty nicely so far.

This style is called a "flag" hinge in the Misumi catalog. I wanted a lot of hinges for several enclosures, and felt that $5 a piece adds up quickly.

I have a panel hinge plate to put a panel to the surface of extrusions. I have not tested the panel part yet., but I have built a set. There's a lot of interesting options, and a couple ideas I want to explore yet.

I allowed for 5mm hardware, and gave room for a flat washer
