Prusa i3 Y-Axis tensioner block

I reworked another Y-axis tensioner to be wider and fit the bearing and pulley that came with my Folger Tech Prusa i3 Kit.I also shrunk the bolt diameter to fit that of the bolt from the original Folger Tech part.

UPDATE 3/21/15: I have printed and tested this and it works perfectly. I've also updated the STL to the proper size as noted by a user.
