Undercurrent In/Out Chip

This poker-like chip is used during some kinds of meetings at Undercurrent to indicate one's desire for participation – it's sort of like eating at a churrascaria. If you want to participate you show the bright yellow "IN" side. If you want to sit out you show the black "OUT" side.

It's perfect for Holacracy-style governance meetings to speed through various phases of the meeting when their are many participants.
