P3STEEL Z TOPS

Simple Z tops for P3Steel to secure bars and with a hole to allow a bearing for the threaded rod. Based on this design: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:425388/#files I took .STL file in freecad and added more bits, some refinements, and room to acomodate the bearing for the rod.
