Hi All,
Please find attached my designs for the Boeing 737 MCP Knobs to D print.
I have moved away from the D Shaft shaped internal hole and left it as a 6mm hole. This seems to work well for my encoders and pots.
You will require 3mm grub screws. However, I have found these knobs have fitted tightly without them.
In case you find the knobs loose on first trial fit, shrink them slightly for a tighter fit. I find i have to use a 6.4mm drill post-print to get the knobs to fit correctly on the shafts. But this I believe is down to my cheap printer
If you need any adjustments or alterations, please just let me know.
19/02/20: added recesses to bases to allow knobs to fit over fixture nuts.
19/02/20: added IAS knob which I missed out - Sorry
18/02/20: added a copy of the heading knob with 6mm shaft diameter
