76mm Door hinge jig 3" hinge

I created this Jig For UK standard 76mm/3" fire rated door hinges, it takes less than 30s to route out the hinge with a guided router bit which is much faster than using a hammer and chisel or marking around a hinge by hand. designed to be sturdy enough to hold flat to the door with 1 hand and route with the other. then just clean the corners up with a knife or a chisel. my first design hopefully more jigs to come.The jig can also just be used as a template to draw round the inside if you prefer a hammer and chisel to save balancing your hinge on the edge.
