This is Tool number 2, see picture
Sometimes old 8-tracks cartridges are damaged or the tape is mess. So I made those two tools to rewind the tape.
Tool number 1 is for wind up the damaged tape. The empty reel you can mount on tool number 2 and rewind it properly.

For tool number 2 used:
1x thread rod, M5, around 10cm
1x cover nut M5
4x M5 nuts on the M5 rod and the ratchet
2x 16x5x5 flanged bearings
4x M3x25 and nuts fort he bearing holder
For the hook
1x M3x20 with 1x stop nut M3
1x M2x10 and M2 stop nut to add a little weight.
For the crank:
1x M3x20mm with stop nut
For the wheel that holds the reel:
1x M4 nut
Mounting:
4x M3x12 countersunk and nuts for the feets
4x M4x20 countersunk and nuts for mounting on the wood
I used an electric tube for the spool, but you can print it out.
I mount everything on a wood sheet 170x100mm, 8mm thick.
