80/20 Cover clip

We needed a small clip to contain wires in one of our experiments built from 80/20. This clip is short, to make it easier to pop in and out, but it won’t slide too easily. This is a very simple piece. I print it vertically, so that the seam is perpendicular to the opening. I’ve included the fusion drawing so you can tweak it for your application and printer.

This version is 0.81 inches in length, but you can adjust the extrusion in F360 to make it whatever length you need. The longer it is, the harder it will be to put in the slot.
