8020 1" Based Linear Bearing
Big Kudos to Solidus Labs as i stumbled onto a delta design with this concept in it.
He was working with different extrusion than this though.
I plan to also do on based around the misumi 1515 as my soon to be finished delta has this extrusions.
This is still on going and will need a bridge between the two extrusions used for the bearing. The bridge can then be mounted to your gantry, delta arms ect....
I will post a generic bridge as soon as I get to can.
this is based around using 5/16 or 8mm Ball Bearings. I want to try and would suggest using 8mm Air soft BBs
Also the extrusion length shown is 4.075" should produce little noise or binding.
As a final word I don't not have a printer available yet as I can not test them out and would appreciate any feed back i could get....I also wouldn't turn down an offer to print me a set to test on my machine :D.
** update **
the latest file added is a bare minimum i think that will be
