8020 Inset Panel Clip

This is a simple model used to affix flat panels into an 8020 frame. The dovetail piece slides into standard 8020 (it fits my 10 series but I'm pretty sure most of the different series have the same size slot opening) and has space for a ¼-20 nut and bolt. Once you build an 8020 frame you can fit these around the opening and cut a panel to size, drill holes to accept the ¼" bolt and feed that through the clip to affix the panel. On my 10 series with a ¼" panel it leaves it slightly inset, though you could modify the model easily or add washers if you wanted a different spacing or to fit a different thickness panel.
