Still, always check the toolpath preview before printing, just to make sure your slicer is not doing anything unusual. This warning appears because the files are built from multiple closed meshes, and some of those meshes share coincident triangular faces so the multicolour geometry lines up correctly. That can trigger a non-manifold warning, but slicers handle it cleanly and it should not affect print quality. ⚠️ About the colour-separated files The files are kept colour-separated on purpose. Most slicers allow you to combine or merge the parts into a single object for printing. If the files were exported only as one single STL, you would lose some slicer control, especially for things like Fuzz
