Printrbot v2 wider X ends

These pieces have a little more separation between threated and smooth rod, and the hole for the lineal bearings is bigger.
I made this mod in order to make the threaded rod axis to be centered to "NEMA17 48mm" 's shaft (original pieces pulled threated rod near the smooth one and that was resulting into terrible Z wobble)
