BRAWN 4191 Plastic Coupling Replacment

This is a fix for Brawn 4191 blender plastic coupling. This piece is always a hard to find and a major problem of this type of blender.
Just print it and hammer it in place of the original piece. (use a rubber hammer to insert it)
