SMA turning knob

On my mini quad I'll always remove the VTx antenna before stowing it in its transport case. This knob makes it easier.

There's two versions, one is smaller for situations where the larger knob doesn't fit, for example the SMA-connectors on EzUHF 8ch LR-RX.
