8BitDo Arcade Stick 4 Way Adapter

The 8BitDo ArcadeStick does come with a 8way Joystick and no mechanic to change it to 4way. I started out to create a complete new plate to enable 4ways only, but turned out it is not so easy to change the plate each time you need to switch between 4way and 8 way. Anyway i upload this first approach as well, as it is very strong.
As second approach to make the change more easy i designed the 4way adapter, this can be added to the original joystick plate to change it from 8way to 4way.

Update 09/06/2021:

Added a hull to replace the original one. The original hull had an issue if you slightly lift the stick when fast turning directions, this results in micro switches get not pressed. the new hull fixes this issue.
