8mm Adjustable Bushing

This adjustable bushing helps with differences in printing tolerances by allowing one half to flex. The screw holes help hold the flexible half in position with the added benefit to adjust for wear. The screw holes are sized for an M3 screw to self thread in.

7/16/2017 Uploaded a version that has 3 layers for the outer shell.At the cost of its OD, witch is at 15.80mm. This and prevents things like zip ties and retaining clips from deforming it as much.

7/4/2017 Revision 3 has the bushing half shell attached to the outer shell just on the one side. This helps retain the bearing and yet it still able to move and be adjusted. This version also does not need to be printed on a raft anymore. The next/final revision will happen at a later date as i plan on running this bearing in my printer to see how it holds up. I also plan on cleaning up the model later as the boolean operations i did messed with some of the faces.
