8mm Square Socket Knob, R8 Drawbar

Engages the 8mm square head of the R8 drawbar on import benchtop mini mills such as the Grizzly G0758 or Precision Matthews PM25. It is faster and easier to spin than using your fingers on the small drawbar head or socket.
The first model is a sleeve that fits over a 5/16" 8-point 1/4" drive socket. Fits 14mm OD sockets. Use an arbor press, vise, or similar to install the socket into the sleeve with the 1/4" drive side towards the smaller opening. You can use a 1/4" ratchet or torque wrench for proper tightening and loosening of the drawbar.
The second model is a knob with an integrated 8mm no-mar square socket and 1/4" drive. If made of polymer, it can deform and should not be used solely for proper final torquing or initial loosening of the drawbar.
