8x12g Shell Quad Loading Caddy V2

Updated the 8x12g holder which I made last year (found here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1256583-8x12g-shell-quad-loading-caddy#profileId-1280079 ) It uses a similar mechanism to hold the shells out from the body so they are easy to grab. After the inner shells are removed, the arms will fold down easily. With this version the components are more stout, and they don't stick out as far from the base, so they are less likely to snag and break off when you're moving around. Pins are a little larger and should be easier to insert. Base plate has holes to attach a QLS fork, like the one which can be found here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/894620-safariland-qls-fork?from=search#profileId-852230. I have reworked some of that fork's details and included them in the V2 file.
