Make sure to be safe when using this prop assembly
Do not use this assembly for motors with more than 150W!
Propeller
Build with SOLID PLA by increasing shell thickness to 3mm. Do not use 100% infill or the plastic is deposited in the incorrect direction. Prop has to be built vertically, with supports and with 6mm brim at least. Error in the direction of the printing will cause prop failure.
Print at 0.12mm with your standard PLA setting.
Use 180 grit sand paper for removing the brim and imperfections from the edges. Later, sanding for finish using 400 grit wet sand paper up to 1200 and water.
Note: only use high quality PLA
Spinner.
The motor shaft can be from 3 to 4mm (may require drilling after printing). Ican be used with Aeronaut CAM carbon props if desired.
The spinner is secured to the motor via two lateral screws so it requires 2un M3 nuts and 2un M3x14mm and 2un M3x16mm bolts to be completed. Insert nuts from the bottom.
