This is a remake of my soldered static detectors! I'll eventually add a video on how to assemble this. I wanted to make a version where you didn't have to solider. My group uses these in rooms we are investigating. Set up a couple up, point a camera at it and check on it later. It detects the ions in the air which makes the led dim or brighten. You need a 5mm led, FET Transmitter and a 9volt battery. Filament: Use PETG for the main box with the fold. I tried PLA which the top lid breaks off.
