9 wheels puzzle game

This is a toy I played when I was young but I can't find it anymore. If someone knows its real name, please let me know. Toy has a base and a cover. I suggest use a transparent material for the cover. Otherwise it's ok to use regular non transparent one since I make holes to see through already. The toy contains 9 wheels, arranged in a 3x3 squares. Each two wheels share ¼ of the circle. When turning one wheel, it can move the piece to another location. The goal is use 9 wheels to make certain patterns. create your own patterns as needed. Eg. one color at top and button. one color on left and right. two in the middle as straight lines. There are 24 pieces, I suggested using 4 colors since AMS support 4 colors. 6 each. Sorry I can't find enough colors with good contrast now, but if you have it, it will be a very nice game. I remember I played it a lot until the turner break!
