Mendel 90 Pen Holder with some tweeks

i added nut traps

made some different pen sizes and the hole is now conical

thanks goes to geoffd123 for the great scad work

EDIT: redesigned the screw holes for the bottom part. easier to change pen adapter .. not printed yet, so i hope it woks :-)
