Cannondale lefty speedometer sensor mount

Fit for Cannondale Lefty forks, to mount the speed sensor, use small and large flanges to pass them within the guidelines.
I've printed in PLA and has not given any problem, maybe the ABS is better. It is recommended to remove the inverted cone, serves only as a support for the printing of the upper cylinder.
