Basic Suggestion Box (Customization of moshen's Parametric Box)

We needed a very simple suggestion box for a space in our organization.

We didn't need/want to purchase an expensive one with a key, and it was also important to us that it could withstand a lot of use and access without looking like it had taken a beating. This seemed like a happy medium!
