Z cap for smooth rod

I had the problem on my printer that the smooth rod on the Z axis was not firmly attached to the plastic support. Sometimes it would just move up with the Z axis displacement.
After trying to glue it (and it did not work long), I designed this little part to prevent the smooth rod moving out of its support.
