This is an electric lamp using the customizable covers from 99GoodRasons.
You can print the parts in any color, but print the shade in a (semi-)transparent filament.
Print each STL once, while you print tealight_frame_basic_top_V1.stl two times.
Once you have printed all parts, complete your lamp with many different covers available, incl. customizable text covers - starting here:

You need a bulb socket (E27) that you can get in many store.
BE AWARE: Only use LED Bulbs that do not heat up.
