9A5N Solid State CW Paddle Travel Case

This is a simple, durable travel case for the 9A5N Solid State CW Paddle.The design is a two-part system:- Inner carrier that securely holds the paddle and protects the plug/blade area- Outer sleeve that slides over the carrier for transport protectionBoth parts are designed to print cleanly with no supports. I printed this in PETG on a Prusa MK3S with a deliberately snug fit. Because printer tolerances vary, STEP files are included so you can easily adjust clearances if needed.Retention note:The sleeve uses a snug slide fit with small locating nubs. For “thrown in a bag” use, I recommend a simple retention method:- A thick rubber band or cargo-style elastic around the sleeve (lowest bulk, very reliable), or- A small Velcro strap if preferredThis approach keeps the design simple, robust, and easy to customise.This is a protective carry case, not a crushproof enclosure.
