9v Safety Cap Remix

Inspired by nuggles58's 9v safety cap (thank you nuggles58!), I redesigned the cap to have a shroud to even better protect it. I also needed a filament-calibration object that is a useful part. This should measure 17x25mm exactly.
NOTE: I designed this for NinjaFlex or TPU filaments, it may or may not work with others - I haven't tried.
