A better 30mm velocity stack

I looked at several 30 mm velocity stacks for my MP Mini, but none had all the features I liked. I wanted to use the stock screws, but I also wanted the central ogive cone... Why? Because it looks cool! I rotated the "fins" 45 degrees so they would not interfere with the screw holes, making the structure stronger and (I think) better looking.
