*** NOTE ***

This project is the result of my first experimentation on the subject. I have taken what was learned and have developed a set of tools and methods that are now part of a project called [openscad-amu]. If you have interest in this subject, you should refer there acordingly. Subsequently, I've used this tool-chain to work on a OpenSCAD library called [omdl]. This is a good example of what can be done with openscad-amu. Thanks for looking and happy designing.

Summary
-------

Recently, a path to documenting OpenSCAD designs using Doxygen was [presented](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1714053). Since, this method has been refined into an _automated design flow_ and is presented here with a _template_.

This template can be used as a starting point to add documentation to your OpenSCAD designs.

Building the Tools
------------------

The template uses the [openscad-amu] design flow. A script is available for download under *Thing Files* to setup *openscad-amu*
