A test gyroscopic ring

Heyo! this is just a test model of a fidget I made, honestly it might not work, but the current version should do what the name implies, be a ring and move in a gyroscopic way! Please comment or inform me on how I could make this model 10x better, as currently I'm working on a way to slim it down to be snug on the finger but still have some sort of gyroscopic function! if you encounter any issues do say! I wanna improve my model making skills!
