为了节省成本,在我的A1封箱方案中,我使用1515铝型材制作框架,并选用了3mm厚的亚克力板。起初,我打算采用金属合页,但一直未能找到合适尺寸的合页。鉴于亚克力板厚度仅有3mm,决定使用PETG材质3D打印合页,负重能力完全能够满足需求。 在之前的几个版本中,我发现两个门缝隙的调节存在问题,要么缝隙过大,要么过小。为了解决这一问题,我在设计合页时添加了一个槽孔,使门缝的调节变得更加方便。 模型不用组装,直接一次打印即可使用 在铝型材的安装中,我使用了M5*6的内六角螺丝和欧标15型材M5 T形螺母;而在固定亚克力板时,则采用了M5*8 或更长的内六角螺丝和M5六角螺母。 To save costs, I used 1515 aluminum profiles to construct the frame in my A1 sealing solution and selected 3mm thick acrylic panels. Initially, I planned to use metal hinges but could not find any in the appropriate size. Given the acrylic panels are only 3mm thick, I decided to 3D print the hinges using PETG material, which should easily handle the load. In previous versions, I noticed difficulty in adjusting the gap between the two doors—either the gap was too large or too small. To solve this issue, I added a slot to the hinge design, making it easier to adjust the door gap. For the installation of the aluminum profiles, I used M5*6 hex socket screws and M5 T-nuts for the European standard 15 profil
