A10M breakout board mount with offset

I've re-created this design in Fusion 360 to offset the part where the breakout PCB is mounted by about 2cm. This makes it a bit easier to move the cables out of the way and also to use hotend cages that are closer to the X-axis mount.

Print with supports in the provided orientation.
