I gambled on an EBay open box Anet A8 Plus for a really good price. Fortunately, the only missing items were the three end stop switches, their wiring, and the Z endstop mounting bracket.
I ordered the three switches with wiring, which only cost me 8 bucks. I couldn't source the bracket for the Z axis mount, so I had to make something for that.
I couldn't find any decent photo's to work from, but I discovered that Anet actually posted a video of a guy assembling one of these things. I was able to snap a couple of frames where the dude was attaching the Z end stop switch to the frame. From what I could tell in the video, the piece is stamped steel, with a 20x20 square and a 90 degree folded, somewhere about 10x20 that the switch attaches to. I modeled my bracket as such, and it works fine thus far.
This is NOT an upgrade part for the Anet A8 Plus. I would definitely have preferred the original steel part. This model is simply me making my new printer work. I'm posting t
