AAP-01 piston head

Hello, here is a piston head for AAP-01 to seal gas better.
there are 2 file, gas piston cap will be printed 2 times and mold 1 time.
mold has more ring diameter on it so you can chose best for you.
for mold preparation use wax demold, or hydrowax for cars. as for actual ring material i use moment one for all high tack, an adhesive with 60 Shore A, similar is sika 118. not tested but probably can be use in making j hops too.
after you take the ring out of the mold, remove the original ring of the aap and the screw that hold it, and make a sandwich of piston cap and adhesive ring and bolt them with original screw. dont tighten, remove the n pass and put the cylinder in his place, then use a screw thru the cylinder opening to tighten the screw, then you can mount n pass back, or not since it work without it(install pin that hold it in place to avoid leaks), then use your lungs and blow some air thru piston hole, and change rings according to the seal, hope it helps
