Ab Wheel (Ab Roller)

Ab Wheel for your Ab Workout. The Wheel (Rad.stl) has a hight of 25,3mm for normal linear bearings. You can scal the wheel and tire (Gumi.stl) in Z hight for you needs.

I printet one wheel (gold) with 25mm hight and the violet wheel with 20mm to geht the 45-46mm for the Extended Linear Bearing Typ. The tire was scaled to 46mm.

Tipp: Make a test print for the handles to make sure that the 8mm shaft fits strong. Print (Griff innen.stl and Griff aussen.stll) with only a hight of 15mm and testet on your linear shaft. If not you can scal the part by 1% or play with your flow rat.

1x Linear shaft (M8, 23-24cm long) it was from an old 3d printer
1x PLA Filament
1x TPU or Nylon FIlament for the orange parts
1x 3D Printer with min. 220x220mm
