ABB lockout type 2

Type two of the ABB lockout handles.

Two files as there are two type of isolator. One with the lockout plate centered and the other is offset from center.

These have been designed with only 1 hole for the lock/hasp rather than the 3 slotted as per the original. This is to make them strong and we only allow 1 lock or hasp to be on each isolation point.

Print solid for maximum strength. They don't use a lot of filament.
