My friend has been unable to work due to back problems. He started using this abs massager because of a bad posture he got accustomed to in order to protect his back. 8 points on each side in the center of the torso that he presses and he does the obliques as well. His back has never been better. Of course anyone with a serious back problem should consult a professional before trying this and as always use it carefully, don't push yourself to hard on it.
The only trick is to place it on the floor, lie face down on top of it, you can start where the rib cage ends, lie still on top of it and be relaxed and breath through the pain. Do one point at a time.
I printed another one, that I scaled down to 33%. Use that one for my palm, back (Under the shoulder blades) and shoulder.
